Everyone has slightly varying levels of fitness. Make sure you give yourself more time than you think you need.

2 hour sessions are great for shuttle based shoots while 3 and 4 hour sessions are great to cover the climbing portion of the adventure as well.

For a reasonably fit rider, it takes 1 hour to pedal your bike to the top of the trails on the north shore.

This is not a guided tour or a coaching session. There are companies on the north shore who do that.

This is an artistic documentation of your ride by a professional mountain bike photographer.

We will collaborate on the best selection of trails to shoot on depending on the weather and light.
